TREVER HILL
Trever Hill has been the owner of Trever Hill Design, formerly known as Home Suite Couture, in Fargo, ND since 2009. He was also recently Specialty Shop Manager of Scheels Home and Hardware.
Trever devoted his youth to designing for friends and family, starting a small business called Home Suite Couture, and simultaneously working as a specialty shop manager at a home furnishings retailer in Fargo. In 2009, he left retail behind to pursue his passion with a new dream and new business name, Trever Hill Design. On this path, he founded a home staging company and eventually partnered as an outside design associate at another home design boutique. As his career flourished, so did his pursuit of exemplary design, becoming well-known as a frequent guest on the North Dakota Today Show and popular magazine contributor for Design & Living, Fargo Monthly, and Midwest Nest. Throughout an ever-evolving journey, Trever had won several design challenges and amassed over nine years of People’s Choice, Fargo Forum, and Locals Love Us design awards, consistently recognized as the F-M’s Best Decorator/Designer.
Finding overwhelming success on his own with Trever Hill Design, his career came full circle in the creation of his own high-end home furnishings store and design center. Opening its doors in the early days of a pandemic, Curated Home was a small but mighty hotspot that lured masked shoppers into the hidden beauty of Roberts Alley in downtown Fargo. With a curated and uncommon selection of “found” pieces, custom fabric, hand-crafted home accessories, and sustainable style, his business and team quickly expanded, moving to a larger location in South Fargo’s popular ____ development. Today, he and his growing design team are based inside the new Curated Home in Fargo, ND. Trever Hill Design offers full-scale commercial and residential interior design with a broad range of services from finishes and custom furniture selections to 3D renderings, decorating, staging, mood boards, schedules, and AutoCAD space planning.
With a career now spanning 20 years, Trever and his husband, Jesse, find inspiration wherever they land. Travel sparked his passion and continues to influence his work. When they’re not remodeling their mid-century modern home in Casselton, ND, they’re cross-country jetsetters, traveling often from exclusive Airbnb designs throughout California to renovations and new builds in Arizona, Minnesota, and mountainside Montana escapes. If you’re wondering what happened to Curated’s Roberts Alley store – that’s now Jesse’s Curated Men’s store – another hotspot worth the visit. Swing by Curated Home or Curated Men’s, and you might just meet their family of fur babies, Ruthie May and Kennedy, and their Mini Lop bunny, Beverly (Hill)!
JESSE
Interior Designer
I grew up in a small-town ND but always knew I would live in a “big city”. I have always had a passion for serving people, whether it’s waiting tables, installing furniture at a clients’ home, or assisting someone in picking out the perfect outfit.

SHANTEL
Design Associate
Hey there! My name is Shantel Fagerholt, and I am a design associate at Curated Home by Trever Hill.
After moving back to Fargo, I began working for a local builder as an Admin/Sales Assistant. This is where I fell in love with the interior design aspect of the home building process. I loved being around the designers at the company and seeing their talents and visions come to life!
Fast-forward to 2020 and I started working with Trever at his brand-new retail store, Curated Home by Trever Hill. I enjoy the variety that my position has to offer, some days I’m assisting the thD team with a client install and others I’m focused on the store operations. One of my favorite roles in the company is ordering in all of our Matt and Nat product, it’s so fun to bring in an element of fashion and creativity to the store for our clients!
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and friends, enjoying the lake in the summer surfing, and of course loving on our little golden doodle Benji!
ROBERTA
Hello, I am Roberta Lemnus, the self-proclaimed “Alice” of the Curated Bunch.
MEGAN
Hello! My name is Megan Williams. I joined the THD Curated team one month after store launch in 2020.
SAVANA
My name is Savana Miller and I discovered my passion for interior design when I was very young!
Getting the opportunity to be a part of projects for new builds, remodels, and other commercial projects truly is such a fulfilling and exciting job and every day is different than the next. Some of my favorite parts of being an interior designer is definitely getting to create 3D renderings of the designs, work on floor plans, and being able to problem solve and get creative.
I will eventually be THD’s first fully remote employee, as I am moving to Colorado this year to fulfil my dream of living in the mountains and hiking whenever I can. I have a ragdoll cat named Stitch and an Aussie Retriever named Cyprus who will be coming along with me as we start our new adventure in Colorado! Outside of my passion for interior design and architecture, I am also a huge foodie and I love to cook whenever I can!
